Availability

The availability of each collection will be on the website, trying to have an optimal stock in order to deliver in less than 5 working days. In case that there is no stock, the website indicates whether the product is in replacement and the estimated date of arrival. 

If the possibility of restocking is not indicated, the customer can contact Sagittarius Apparel to request the product. Sagittarius Apparel undertakes to inform immediately, by email, of the time frame in which the product could be sent or offer an alternative. If it is not possible to replace the product immediately, the customer will be informed of the alternatives.

Shipping methods

Sagittarius Apparel works with the main shipping agencies, reserving the right to change the mode of shipment and the company by which the shipment is made. Once the shipment has been processed, the dispatch number will be provided so that the customer can process the delivery directly with the transport agency. 

Upon receipt of the order it is mandatory that the buyer checks that everything is in accordance with your order and in perfect condition. If he/she does not agree with the products delivered, he/she must sign and indicate by hand in the delivery note the anomalies he/she found when he/she received it (packaging in bad condition, the packages delivered do not coincide with those of the delivery note, etc.). In case of any incident, Sagittarius Apparel has only 24 hours from the date of reception of the product, to claim to the transport company. Once this period has elapsed, the buyer will be responsible for the expenses incurred.

Canary Island

The delivery date is governed by the same conditions as for shipments to Spain, starting from the day after the order is placed. The shipping cost, regardless of the amount of the order, is 11€.

Sagittarius Apparel does not guarantee delivery times, since, following the new regulations, all merchandise must pass through customs.

Europe

Shipments take between 3 and 7 working days, starting from the day after the order is placed. The shipping cost is 15€, regardless of the amount of the order.

International

Shipments take between 3 and 11 working days, starting from the day after the order is placed. The shipping cost is 15€, regardless of the amount of the order.

 Exchanges and refunds

Exchanges and returns must be made within 30 days, starting from the day the order is received. The order must arrive at our offices before 35 days to process the exchange or return. To approve the return we will check that the product(s) is (are) in perfect condition, in its original box, unused, no signs of use, no odours, unwashed and with their labels.

Exchanges and refunds request

The customer must contact Sagittarius Apparel via email to request an exchange or return. Sagittarius Apparel will send the steps to follow by e-mail in order to make the exchange or return. Size exchanges can be made as long as the size to be exchanged is in stock. Sagittarius Apparel does not guarantee the availability of sizes once the product has been purchased.

Processing of returns and exchanges

Sagittarius Apparel offers different options for requesting and sending the return:

Spain Peninsula + Portugal or Baleares:

  • Request pickup - 8,95€

With this option, Sagittarius Apparel will process the return of the order with our carriers, communicating to the customer the day on which the courier will pick up the package at the established address.

  • Ship items at customer's expense

To make the return, it will only be necessary that you prepare your package and bring it to the courier company from where you want to send us your return.

If you choose this option, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and the shipping method. The package must be sent to the address determined by Sagittarius Apparel.

Canary Island

  • Request pickup - 19,95€

With this option, Sagittarius Apparel will process the return of the order with our carriers, informing the customer the day when the courier will come to the established address to pick up the package.

  • Ship items at customer's expense

  • To make the return, it will only be necessary that you prepare your package and bring it to the courier company from where you want to send us your return.

    If you choose this option, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and the shipping method. The package must be sent to the address determined by Sagittarius Designs.

    Europe

    To make the return, the customer must contact Sagittarius Designs by email and will be informed of the steps to follow and the cost.

    International

    To make the return, the customer must contact Sagittarius Apparel by email and will be informed of the steps to follow and the cost.
